With Arizona’s Charitable Tax Credit (formerly known as the Working Poor Tax Credit), you can receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit, up to $400*, on your state income taxes while helping victims of domestic abuse– at no additional cost to you.
The Charitable Tax Credit may be taken in addition to the public school tax credit and the private school tax credit.

How do you make a qualified charitable tax credit contribution to Chrysalis?
Online: Make a donation here and select the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit button.
Mail: Please make your $200 (for individuals) or $400 (for married couples) qualified charitable contribution payable to Chrysalis and mail to:

Letter must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2015. Write “tax credit” in the memo line.
*Maximum amount of credit depends upon your filing status. For tax year 2014, married couples filing jointly have a maximum credit of $400. Taxpayers filing as single or head of household have a maximum credit of $200.
